Staff Windows Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain operations of multi-user computer systems in support of classified government contracts.
• Architect and evaluate solutions for enterprise system enhancements including hardware, software, and system components.
• Analyze customer requirements to determine equipment needs and implement system enhancements or automation.
• Oversee compliant backup and recovery services, file systems, and security audit logging for classified systems.
• Lead testing of new product releases to ensure compatibility and document technical processes.
• Provide strategic mentorship and technical leadership to junior, mid-level, and senior team members.
• Engage with vendors to troubleshoot, evaluate products, and recommend optimal solutions.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Master's degree with 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 12 years, an Associate's with 14 years, or a High School diploma with 16 years.
• Must have a Security+ certification or greater.
• Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.
• Must have and maintain a U.S. Passport.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship.
• Must have extensive experience designing and managing Windows domain architectures in classified environments, including Active Directory, GPOs, LDAP, VMware, and SAN storage.
• Must be willing to work on-site at Beale AFB, CA, travel 25% of the time, and accept customer-furnished quarters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (preferred).
• 12 years of Windows Server Administration including VMWare, Active Directory, and Group Policy in classified environments (preferred).
• Active TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing operating systems in compliance with NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG frameworks (preferred).
• Advanced networking expertise including subnets, routing, VLANs, VTCs, and Cisco technologies (certification preferred) (preferred).
• Skilled in enterprise system imaging, deployment, maintenance, and cross-platform operating system proficiency (preferred).
• Experienced with Assessment & Authorization processes, cloud environments, and containerization technologies (preferred).
