What you'll do

Manage and maintain multi-user computer systems in coordination with network, software, and system engineers.
Architect and evaluate hardware, software, and system components for enterprise system enhancements.
Analyze customer requirements to determine equipment needs and implement automated solutions for improved performance.
Oversee compliant backup and recovery services while managing file systems and security audit logging for classified systems.
Lead testing of new product releases to ensure compatibility and document technical processes and procedures.
Provide strategic mentorship and technical leadership to junior, mid-level, and senior team members.
Communicate project status and technical information effectively to executive leadership and external customers.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree with 10 years experience, Bachelor's with 12 years, Associate's with 14 years, or High School with 16 years.
Must possess a Security+ certification or higher.
Must hold a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.
Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a valid U.S. Passport.
Extensive experience designing and managing Windows domain architectures in classified environments is required.
Proficiency in Windows AD, LDAP, VMware, and SAN storage systems is required.
Experience with NISPOM, RMF, STIG, or other security frameworks is preferred.
