The position requires expertise in managing systems within NISPOM, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG environments. You will manage file systems, virus protection, and system images while ensuring strict adherence to Information Systems security guidelines for classified networked and standalone computers to solve complex technical challenges in a high-security environment.

What you'll do

Manage the lifecycle of information systems for classified government contracts.
Oversee multi-user computer system operations in coordination with engineers and project managers.
Implement system enhancements including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
Maintain reliable backup and recovery services while managing file systems and virus protection.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on end users.
Develop and document technical processes and procedures for the organization.
Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, firmware, and network layers.
Mentor junior professionals to develop their technical skills and growth.

What we're looking for

Must have a PhD with 4 years experience, Master's with 6 years, Bachelor's with 8 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School/GED with 12 years of IT experience.
Must have experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures in a classified environment.
Must have experience with VMWare implementation, migration, and maintenance.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 (8570 equivalent) baseline certification requirements for IAT Level II.
Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI level security clearance including a polygraph adjudicated within the last 5 years.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with Windows server administration, VMWare, and Linux/RedHat in a classified environment (preferred).
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and other services (preferred).
