Windows Systems Administrator 2/3 joins the Classified Solutions team to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. This role involves performing as a Computer Systems Analyst, where you will manage Windows systems, including installing, patching, and troubleshooting in support of configuration management. You will maintain backup and recovery services, manage file systems, oversee virus protection, and test new product releases to ensure compatibility. Daily tasks include collaborating with network and system engineers to isolate issues between hardware, software, and networks while managing tickets via ServiceNow or JIRA. Required skills include Windows Server Operating Systems, workstation support, and Security+ certification. The role operates within a high-security environment requiring a Top Secret clearance, focusing on the technical challenges of maintaining secure, multi-user computer systems and ensuring compliance with strict Information Systems security guidelines for networked and standalone computers.
