What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Operations, or related field (preferred).
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Planning, Engineering, Operations, Business Planning, or related disciplines (preferred).
8+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational programs with executive visibility and measurable business impact (preferred).
Experience driving demand planning, forecasting, capacity planning, infrastructure planning, or business planning in complex technology environments (preferred).
Experience supporting hyperscale cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, networking, data centers, or large-scale technical environments (preferred).
