What you'll do

Lead complex, multi-team initiatives involving technical dependencies, operational requirements, and cross-organizational coordination.
Establish shared definitions for readiness, health, quality, risk, and completion across participating teams.
Create mechanisms that connect long-term strategy to weekly execution and measurable business outcomes.
Identify systemic issues affecting multiple teams and drive durable platform-level or process-level solutions.
Provide leadership with clear recommendations, trade-offs, escalation paths, and decision-ready information.
Drive cross-team product maturity by tracking dependencies and risks while ensuring successful execution.
Partner with engineering and operations to monitor live-site health, incidents, and recurring failure patterns.
Identify high-friction manual activities and build automated solutions using AI.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or an equivalent discipline.
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
10+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering teams and organizational boundaries (preferred).
Experience leading large-scale readiness, quality, release, service health, and operational excellence programs (preferred).
Experience designing partner-intake, prioritization, and portfolio-management processes (preferred).
Experience defining and leveraging metrics to improve program health, product quality, and operational efficiency through automation (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present technical risks and executive narratives to senior leaders (preferred).
