The Principal Technical Curriculum Developer – SaMD Product Development & QA joins the Oracle Health team to design and lead learning programs for developing safe, compliant medical device software. You will also support AI governance and responsible AI development. Design and deliver instructor-led workshops, virtual training, and self-paced learning programs for regulated product development teams.
Create role-based learning paths, technical certifications, and onboarding programs for engineers, product managers, and quality professionals.
Teach technical concepts including SaMD lifecycle, risk management, requirements engineering, and traceability management.
Translate complex regulatory standards like IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 into practical, hands-on learning experiences.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in medical device software, healthcare technology, quality engineering, systems engineering, regulatory affairs, product development, technical program management, or technical learning.
Experience working in regulated industries, specifically healthcare, medical device, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
Direct experience with requirements engineering, risk management, hazard analysis, traceability, verification and validation, technical documentation, design controls, or quality systems.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to influence highly technical audiences.
Experience with IEC 62304, IEC 82304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62366, IEC 81001-5-1, or related healthcare regulations (preferred).
Experience teaching, coaching, onboarding, mentoring, or facilitating technical workshops (preferred).
