Principal Technical Product Manager

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs into scalable cloud capabilities, tools, and processes.
• Lead requirements workshops and advise on solution design and deployment.
• Synthesize market insights to drive clear product prioritization and investment decisions.
• Mature cloud architecture by identifying opportunities for design optimization and scalability.
• Establish and maintain regular communications regarding cloud status and upcoming developments.
• Conduct insightful conversations with senior business and technical decision makers.
• Align stakeholders on a shared vision to drive results across a distributed organization.
• Shape systems and processes that assume zero trust by default for sovereign cloud capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or other protected status for export control and government agency access.
• Must pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• 8+ years of software development, product management, or technical program management with a track record of shipping products (preferred).
• Previous experience and success in an engineering role delivering cloud services (preferred).
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail (preferred).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams with high independence (preferred).
