Senior Technical Product Manager

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs into scalable cloud capabilities, tools, and processes for the product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver systems that meet security policy and assurance requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops with customers and sales teams to gather market signals and inform solution designs.
• Synthesize customer insights to drive prioritization decisions and ensure alignment with Microsoft’s corporate strategy.
• Mature cloud architecture by identifying opportunities for design optimization and ensuring scalability.
• Maintain regular communication regarding cloud status and upcoming developments with internal and external decision makers.
• Align diverse stakeholders across the organization on a shared vision to drive results in international markets.
• Lead cultural initiatives to improve team morale and foster an inclusive work environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management or software development (or equivalent).
• Verification of United States citizenship is required due to legal restrictions regarding government agency customers.
• Must pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• 6+ years of software development, product management, or technical program management with a track record of shipping products (preferred).
• Experience in an engineering role delivering cloud services (preferred).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive for clarity (preferred).
• Demonstrated skills in planning, cross-group collaboration, communication, analysis, and attention to detail (preferred).
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with a high degree of independence (preferred).
