Senior Technical Product Manager

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs into scalable cloud capabilities, tools, and processes.
• Lead requirements workshops and advise on solution design and deployment.
• Synthesize market insights to drive clear product prioritization and investment decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to define, deliver, and operate cloud capabilities.
• Mature cloud architecture by identifying opportunities for design optimization and scalability.
• Maintain regular communications regarding cloud status and upcoming developments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Align diverse stakeholders on a shared vision to drive decisive action across the organization.
• Lead cultural initiatives to improve team morale and foster an inclusive environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience in product, service, project, or program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• United States citizenship is required for verification due to legal restrictions supporting government customers.
• Must pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• 6+ years of software development, product management, or technical program management with a strong track record of shipping products and services (preferred).
• Previous experience and success in an engineering role where you delivered cloud services (preferred).
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in planning, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail (preferred).
• Proven interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams with a high degree of independence (preferred).
