Develop and manage comprehensive training programs for enterprise physical security systems and operational standards.
Create technical documentation including standard operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge-base content in Confluence.
Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to monitor system health, incidents, and operational trends.
Use SQL and reporting tools to analyze physical security data and identify risks or performance gaps.
Configure and maintain Jira workflows to track incidents, projects, and team performance metrics.
Translate complex technical changes into clear operational guidance for diverse stakeholders and end-users.
Manage the lifecycle of system implementations through communication plans, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, data analysis, and the creation of training materials.
What we're looking for
Five or more years of experience in physical security systems analysis, training, documentation, reporting, operations, or a comparable technology environment.
Working knowledge of access control, video management, biometric security, cabinet security, key management, or related technologies.
Experience developing and delivering technical or operational training for multiple audiences.
Experience creating standard operating procedures, user guides, workflows, and knowledge-base content.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools for tracking work, documentation, collaboration, dashboards, and reporting.
Ability to use SQL queries, spreadsheets, dashboards, or business-intelligence tools to analyze and validate data.
Ability to use ChatGPT, Codex, or similar AI tools while protecting confidential information and validating outputs.
Familiarity with advanced Jira configuration, Confluence management, Power BI, or instructional design principles (preferred); relevant security or technical certifications (preferred).
