Principal Systems Implementation Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and manage comprehensive training programs for enterprise physical security systems and operational standards.
• Create technical documentation including standard operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge management content in Confluence.
• Define key performance indicators and develop dashboards to track system health, incidents, and operational trends.
• Use SQL and reporting tools to analyze security data and identify risks or performance gaps.
• Configure and maintain Jira workflows, filters, and reports to track work status and project metrics.
• Translate technical changes into clear operational guidance for diverse stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of corrective actions resulting from audits, incidents, and user feedback.
• Utilize AI tools for research and data analysis while ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.

What we're looking for

• Five or more years of experience in physical security systems analysis, training, documentation, reporting, operations, or a comparable technology environment.
• Working knowledge of access control, video management, biometric security, cabinet security, key management, and related technologies.
• Experience developing and delivering technical or operational training for multiple audiences.
• Experience creating standard operating procedures, user guides, workflows, and knowledge-base content.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools for tracking work, documentation, collaboration, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ability to use SQL queries, spreadsheets, dashboards, or business intelligence tools to analyze and validate data.
• Ability to use ChatGPT, Codex, or similar AI tools while ensuring security and accuracy of outputs.
• Familiarity with advanced Jira configuration, Confluence management, Power BI, or instructional design principles (preferred); relevant certifications in security, analysis, or project management (preferred).
