What you'll do

Develop and maintain software configuration management tools for internal and commercial-off-the-shelf products.
Perform configuration management and release engineering to ensure software parameters comply with hardware standards.
Design, develop, and automate productivity tools using programming, database, or scripting languages.
Design and implement build procedures to support software product development and use.
Coordinate final signoff releases and manage release schedules across development, QA, and production environments.
Support engineering teams using ClearCase and ClearQuest to resolve software build and release problems.
Implement software configuration management policies and maintain software tools for the release process.
Monitor and troubleshoot daily software tasks, documentation updates, and platform integration builds.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree for the Sr. Principal role.
Experience with ClearCase (CC), ClearQuest (CQ), Jira, and/or GitHub with the CM process.
Experience supporting scripting languages and database management.
Experience performing software builds and maintaining procedures.
