The Principal Systems Development Engineer joins the Engineering team to lead end-to-end system solution design and delivery. This role involves designing and implementing complex system requirements, performing studies of existing systems, and developing innovative solutions for performance and reliability. What we're looking for
8+ years of relevant systems engineering or development experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of server system architectures and technologies, including PCIe, storage, CPU, memory, GPU, and networking protocols.
Deep understanding of hardware, firmware, operating system, and software interactions with the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
Strong proficiency in Python and advanced experience with Linux operating systems, including system debugging, automation, configuration, and performance analysis.
Proven technical leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional efforts and influence engineering decisions.
Demonstrated leadership ability to guide, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business and technical objectives (preferred).
Strong technical expertise in Python and/or C/C++ programming with advanced experience in shell scripting and system-level development (preferred).
