What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
More than 12 years of pertinent experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application or platform engineering, software delivery, or a related area.
Hands-on experience coordinating and configuring Jira or a comparable enterprise work-management platform.
Experience in automation or scripting with Python, Groovy, or a comparable language.
Practical knowledge of database concepts, data management, and SQL.
Practical experience assessing, prototyping, or deploying AI-enabled solutions like generative AI or LLM integrations within enterprise workflows.
Familiarity with data privacy, security, responsible-AI, and Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, or SDLC techniques.
Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, migrations to Atlassian Cloud, or low-code/no-code AI platforms (preferred).
