What we're looking for
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required on day one.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- IAT Level II certification is required on day one of employment.
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience, Master's with 3 years, or 9 years of experience (Level 3).
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience, Master's with 6 years, or 12 years of experience (Level 4).
- Strong understanding of Linux system administration in lab, development, or production environments.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux operating systems, software, servers, and hardware.
- Experience with OS level package management, building custom RPMs, kernel/driver interactions, and performance tuning.
- Red Hat System Administration certification(s) (preferred).
- Experience integrating LDAP in complex environments (preferred).
- Support and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory and GPOs (preferred).
- Solid understanding of Enterprise-level storage concepts (preferred).
- Experience supporting build and deployment environments with scripts and installation media (preferred).
- Understanding of basic networking, including subnets, routing, and VLANs (preferred).
