What you'll do

Support daily requests from the operations high bay floor and SV EGSE test sets.
Manage user accounts and share drive access for various network locations.
Provide network access to high bay locations and border cross new hardware onto the network.
Build, deploy, and configure Windows and Linux (RHEL) operating systems and servers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex network issues involving switches, firewalls, and storage appliances.
Translate technical information for non-technical users and document internal processes.
Provide 24x7 on-call support during critical test phases.
Manage network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience (Level 3) or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience (Level 3).
Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience (Level 4) or a Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience (Level 4).
Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) and SCI clearance with Polygraph within the last 5 years.
Must have TS/SCI Privilege User (PU) status.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have proficiency in Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, and Linux-RHEL 7, 8, 9 or other distributions.
Must have working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), security best practices, and incident response.
Must be able to travel approximately 10% of the time and provide 24x7 on-call support during critical test phases.
