What you'll do

Manage user accounts and provide network share access for high bay floor operations.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems.
Provide network connectivity and support for EGSE test sets and workstations on the ATL network.
Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
Manage hardware components including Cisco switches, storage appliances, and VMware vSphere virtual clients.
Translate technical information into understandable terms for non-technical users and document internal processes.
Provide 24x7 on-call support during critical test phases to ensure mission success.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI and Polygraph within the last 5 years.
For Level 3: Minimum of 5 years experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree.
For Level 4: Minimum of 9 years experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years with a Master's degree.
Proficiency in Windows 10, 11, Windows Server, and Linux (RHEL 7, 8, 9) operating systems.
Working knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network security.
Ability to manage network drive shares and provide access control for users and hardware.
Knowledge of security best practices, access control, and incident response fundamentals.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate information effectively to non-technical users.
