What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, at least 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership to deliver scalable infrastructure and tooling.
Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Expertise in AI/ML integration using programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Proven ability to lead the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Skilled in applying model-driven design and modern development tools to improve quality and velocity.
Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
