What you'll do

Drive the full software development lifecycle to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to influence architectural decisions and promote engineering excellence.
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics with stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and optimizing processes for quality and efficiency.
Manage the NICE InContact platform and design scalable voice, chat, and routing workflows.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable and reliable infrastructure and tooling.
Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
Strong expertise in AI/ML integration using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Proven ability to lead full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
