What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
Demonstrate extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
Possess proven expertise in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Show strong proficiency in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using Python and related technologies.
Demonstrate the ability to apply model-driven design and technical solution architecture for complex distributed systems.
Provide effective mentorship to engineering teams and possess knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
