What we're looking for

Proven ability to drive the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
Expertise in designing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
Demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural standards.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
