What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years of experience in software engineering.
Alternatively, at least 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership to deliver scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Proficiency in AI/ML integration and building intelligent systems using Python, Java, and C++.
Strong technical execution skills across the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Ability to provide technical mentorship and influence architectural standards and engineering best practices.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
