What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience (preferred).
Demonstrate extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, shared infrastructure, and scalable ML frameworks.
Provide expert-level knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and experience working with distributed systems.
Possess proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservice design patterns, and distributed system design for high availability.
Show proficiency in Kafka, NoSQL databases, and implementing Event Driven Architecture patterns at scale.
Demonstrate knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
