What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science or a related field and 3 years of software engineering experience is preferred.
Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, including shared infrastructure and scalable ML frameworks.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Expert level knowledge of Java and Spring Boot with experience in distributed systems.
Proficiency in Kafka, NoSQL databases, and implementing Event Driven Architecture patterns at scale.
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into the software development lifecycle.
