What you'll do

Architect and lead the development of scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
Optimize code and data paths to support hyper-scale data retrieval, storage, and processing.
Design fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting to meet SLOs.
Establish KPIs and telemetry while building proactive dashboards and alerting mechanisms for system health.
Design complex validation scenarios including fault injection and brown-outs to ensure system correctness.
Diagnose and resolve production issues while mentoring peers on operational readiness and troubleshooting.
Implement security controls, encryption, and access management for multi-tenant cloud environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation for patching, updates, and rollbacks.

What we're looking for
