What you'll do

Architect and lead the development of scalable, elastic distributed systems to meet high-throughput requirements.
Optimize code and data paths for hyper-scale workloads using data plane platforms for storage and processing.
Design fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting to meet SLOs.
Establish KPIs and telemetry while building proactive dashboards and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health.
Design complex validation scenarios including fault injection and brown-outs to ensure system correctness and durability.
Diagnose and resolve production issues proactively while mentoring peers on troubleshooting processes.
Implement security controls, encryption, and access management while maintaining cloud infrastructure compliance.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation for patching, updates, and rollbacks.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to lead development and architect components of scalable, elastic distributed systems.
