What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable, elastic distributed systems using distributed state management tools.
Optimize code and data paths for high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads and large-scale data processing.
Design fault-tolerant systems featuring redundancy, replication, failover, and automated load-shedding mechanisms.
Establish telemetry, KPIs, and proactive monitoring dashboards to ensure system health and performance.
Conduct complex validation testing including fault injection and brownout scenarios to ensure correctness.
Proactively diagnose and resolve production issues while mentoring peers on troubleshooting processes.
Implement robust security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts for cloud management and deployment.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
Experience architecting and developing scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
Ability to design fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting.
Proficiency in establishing KPIs, telemetry, and building proactive monitoring dashboards and alerts.
