What you'll do

Architect and lead the development of scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Experience architecting and developing scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
Expertise in designing fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and rate-limiting.
Proficiency in establishing telemetry, KPIs, and building proactive monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Ability to perform complex validation such as fault injection and brownout testing.
Experience implementing robust security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
