What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a technical field like computer science or math, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience, or 9+ years with a Master's, or 6+ years with a PhD.
At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership or as a domain expert for a technical organization.
Experience architecting, designing, and developing distributed systems.
Proven track record of operating highly-available systems at scale.
Expertise in building and scaling advertiser or creator platforms and the ads domain.
Strong skills in software design, debugging, performance analysis, and test design.
Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical direction for complex engineering projects.
