What you'll do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide the team through Program Increment (PI) planning and feature breakdown processes.
Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Design, code, test, debug, and maintain Java applications for the Planner subsystem.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Ensure software meets performance, security, and reliability requirements for mission-critical systems.
Break down Agile features into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

What we're looking for

This position is only available to current and active C2BMC personnel.
Must have a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, Master’s with 3 years, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
Proven experience as a software engineer or in technical roles supporting software development teams.
Knowledge of software engineering, particularly with Java/J2EE or similar object-oriented programming.
Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
Scrum Master experience (certification preferred) and experience with C++ (preferred).
