What you'll do

Deliver precise, time-sensitive monthly metrics and presentations for program support.
Monitor cost and schedule performance to inform business management meetings and leadership reporting.
Transform raw program data into actionable insights to improve decision-making and execution efficiency.
Develop and implement data analytics tools and templates to monitor project progress.
Identify and design process improvements in partnership with Program Managers and key stakeholders.
Provide administrative support, including resource planning and facilitating meetings for the program.

What we're looking for

Must possess a valid U.S. government Secret clearance or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of project management experience or a Master's degree is required for the Project Management level.
A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of project management experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience is required for the Principal level.
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics is required for the Principal role.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and manipulating detail-oriented data is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is required.
Preferred skills include Python programming, SQL, NoSQL databases, and dashboarding frameworks like Tableau or PowerBI.
