What you'll do

Develop and maintain the program's overall schedule baseline using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Generate routine estimate at completion forecasts utilizing resource-loaded integrated master schedules.
Collaborate with risk management team to manage risks and reserves actively.
Ensure integration of all functional support into program meetings and processes.
Lead proposal and pricing initiatives, including Basis of Estimate development.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure technical execution aligns with project goals.
Develop customer and company briefings for program management reviews.

What we're looking for

US citizenship required
Ability to develop integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Experience in schedule management and cost management for complex programs
Capability to collaborate with risk management teams and maintain a risk register
Strong communication skills for PMO management and customer relationships
Knowledge of program financial performance analysis and reporting
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
