What you'll do

  • Establish and lead the project controls framework including governance, data standards, and reporting cadence for the Nashville campus development.
  • Develop and manage integrated master schedules covering design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Create and maintain cost baselines, including budget forecasting, cash flow analysis, and commitment tracking.
  • Implement Earned Value Management practices to monitor project performance through variance analysis and productivity trending.
  • Manage the program risk and opportunity register by quantifying exposure and facilitating mitigation planning for executive leadership.
  • Administer change management processes to evaluate and incorporate impacts on scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop executive dashboards and monthly reports to communicate program health, milestones, and financial outlook.
  • Ensure data quality across project controls systems, contractor reporting, and internal corporate financial records.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 8 to 12 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or program management within construction or real estate.
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Real Estate Development is preferred.
  • Must have experience managing integrated master schedules and cost forecasts for multi-billion-dollar or mega-scale construction programs.
  • Requires proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, cost management systems, and advanced Excel-based analysis.
  • Desirable certifications include PSP, CCP, PMP, CCM, P.E., PMI-SP, AACE EVP, LEED, or MCR.
  • Must possess expert knowledge of earned value management, critical path analysis, risk management, and change management methodologies.
  • Must be able to communicate complex project data clearly to executive audiences and lead multidisciplinary teams.
