  • Drive operational rigor through OKR frameworks and regular business reviews.
  • Create scalable systems and processes to manage cross-organizational programs without constant oversight.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 8+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 12+ years of experience in a relevant technical domain (preferred).
  • Experience working with ecosystem partners across silicon, devices, servers, or related enterprise technology ecosystems (preferred).
  • Experience driving cross-organizational programs spanning engineering teams and external partners at scale (preferred).
  • Track record of building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders at major technology companies (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the Windows Server ecosystem, server hardware lifecycle, and OEM business models (preferred).
  • Experience with server/datacenter technologies like virtualization, security, AI infrastructure, CXL, or PCIe; MBA or MS degree (preferred).
