What you'll do

Engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.
Manage the full lifecycle of server infrastructure including provisioning, decommissioning, and operating system upgrades.
Plan and execute OS patching activities while remediating security vulnerabilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, and DSC to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
Deploy and maintain infrastructure software agents for monitoring, backup, security, and logging.
Perform root cause analysis and provide Level 3 engineering support for critical system incidents.
Monitor and optimize server performance by identifying hardware bottlenecks and capacity requirements.
Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and compliance reports.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Windows Server administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft IIS, and Failover Clustering.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise patching solutions.
Experience supporting virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
Experience managing infrastructure in regulated environments with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Microsoft certifications (preferred).
Experience with Azure, AWS, SCCM/MECM, Tanium, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Ansible, Terraform, and vulnerability management programs (preferred).
