What you'll do

Use delivery signals to improve team predictability, developer experience, and deployment success rates.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 to 5+ years of program management, project management, product operations, engineering operations, or related experience in a technical environment.
Experience coordinating software delivery, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, CI/CD, release engineering, or comparable technical programs.
Ability to work with engineering teams to understand technical workflows, dependencies, operational risk, and delivery tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to create plans, track milestones, communicate status, and lead stakeholders to solve problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precise documentation and follow-through.
A collaborative, data-informed approach to improving processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
