What you'll do

Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs covering site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations.
Develop integrated project plans, milestone maps, and operating cadences for complex multi-workstream initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure site readiness, power availability, and network delivery.
Drive structured decision-making by identifying trade-offs, risks, and clear paths forward for stakeholders.
Establish reporting mechanisms for risk management, issue escalation, and executive reviews.
Use data insights to improve forecasting, resource allocation, and process efficiency.
Communicate program status and critical updates at the executive level.

What we're looking for

Must have 8+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure planning, operations, sourcing, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline is required.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
Must possess outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, data centers, network connectivity, energy, or real estate development is preferred.
Strong analytical skills are required to use data for decision-making, capacity planning, and business planning.
Ability to identify and resolve process, procedure, tooling, and governance gaps to improve outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across technical and business organizations.
