What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs covering site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations.
  • Develop integrated plans, milestone maps, and operating cadences for complex multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, capacity planning, sourcing, finance, and legal teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery.
  • Drive structured decision-making by identifying trade-offs, risks, and clear paths forward for stakeholders.
  • Establish mechanisms for status reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and executive reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional actions to unlock site readiness, network delivery, and power availability.
  • Use data insights to improve forecasting, prioritization, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Communicate program status and progress directly to executive leadership.

What we're looking for

  • This position requires a security clearance.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, infrastructure planning, operations, sourcing, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, data centers, network connectivity, energy, real estate, or large-scale business operations (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decisions, capacity planning, or business planning (preferred).
  • Experience in negotiation, influence, stakeholder management, or mentoring junior PMs (preferred).
