What you'll do

Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native services, APIs, and platforms to support OCI data center growth.
Build software that automates complex operational workflows through guided task execution and self-service tooling.
Lead the design of major features for task management, inventory workflows, analytics, and workflow orchestration.
Create reliable systems that integrate multiple backend sources into a unified and consistent user experience.
Develop platforms to improve technician productivity and reduce manual work in data center operations.
Build analytics and telemetry capabilities to identify workload trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
Drive operational excellence through observability, alerting, automated validation, and resilient architecture.
Improve engineering quality by leading architecture reviews, setting design standards, and establishing testing practices.

What we're looking for

Applicants must have 11 years of software development experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of software development experience.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience with programming and/or scripting languages such as SQL, C/C++, or JavaScript.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience working with databases.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle Cloud is preferred (preferred).
Experience working with operating budgets and project financials is preferred (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for business insights and use agile methodologies is required.
Proficiency in automation, scripting, quality assurance, and developing software test plans is required.
Knowledge of user experience development, code reviews, and embedded systems is required.
