What you'll do

Lead the evolution of middleware patterns and runtimes to standardize interoperability at multi-tenant scale.
Define and enforce versioning, deprecation, and rollout strategies to minimize downstream service breaks.
Drive shared observability baselines, including SLOs and error budgets, across multiple services.
Design and implement complex API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
Conduct performance profiling and optimization to build scalable software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-service issues and application programming interface (API) integrations.
Implement secure coding practices and perform periodic maintenance for critical system patches.
Produce migration guides and adoption playbooks to improve ecosystem consistency and developer experience.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess skills in Architectural Patterns, Design Patterns, and Software Design and Development.
Must have proficiency in Java SE 25, Node.js, and Python.
Must have experience with JavaScript Frameworks and Networking Fundamentals.
Must have knowledge of Software Defined Networking and Artificial Intelligence.
Must possess strong Problem Solving, Strategic Communication, and Technical Communication skills.
Must demonstrate ability in Software Innovation and leading cross-team platform projects.
