What you'll do

Lead the evolution of middleware patterns and runtimes to ensure multi-tenant scalability and interoperability.
Define and enforce versioning, deprecation, and rollout strategies to minimize downstream system breaks.
Establish shared observability baselines, including SLOs and error budgets, across multiple services.
Design and implement complex API versioning, lifecycle management, and performance optimization strategies.
Conduct deep-dive debugging and troubleshooting to resolve complex cross-service issues and technical defects.
Create migration guides and adoption playbooks to improve developer experience and ecosystem consistency.
Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior engineers on software architecture and coding standards.
Implement secure coding practices and automated testing to ensure system reliability and security.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Java programming is required.
Expertise in software architecture design and system structural design.
Strong knowledge of core algorithms and algorithm analysis.
Knowledge of cryptography for secure coding practices.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
