What you'll do

Lead the evolution of middleware patterns and runtimes to ensure multi-tenant scalability and interoperability.
Define and enforce versioning, deprecation, and rollout strategies to minimize downstream impacts.
Establish shared observability baselines, including SLOs and error budgets, across multiple services.
Design and implement complex API lifecycle and performance optimization strategies.
Conduct deep-dive debugging and troubleshooting for complex cross-service issues and infrastructure defects.
Create migration guides and adoption playbooks to improve developer experience and ecosystem consistency.
Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior engineers on architecture, code quality, and security practices.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Java programming is required.
Expertise in software architecture design and system structural design.
Strong knowledge of core algorithms and algorithm analysis.
Ability to lead cross-team projects involving middleware patterns, runtimes, and multi-tenant scalability.
Experience implementing complex API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
Ability to drive observability standards, capacity planning, and resilience patterns across multiple workloads.
Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
