What you'll do

Design, develop, and operate highly available, secure, and scalable distributed services for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
Lead the evolution of middleware patterns and runtimes to standardize interoperability across multiple teams.
Define and enforce versioning, deprecation, and rollout strategies to minimize downstream service breaks.
Drive shared observability baselines, including SLOs and error budgets, across several services.
Conduct performance profiling and optimization to build scalable solutions and resolve potential bottlenecks.
Implement complex secure coding practices and perform periodic maintenance for critical system patches.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and code reviews to less experienced engineers.
Produce migration guides and adoption playbooks to improve ecosystem consistency and developer experience.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to design, develop, and operate highly available, secure, and scalable distributed services.
Must have advanced knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate lifecycle management and cryptographic infrastructure.
Must be able to lead cross-team evolution of middleware patterns and runtimes for multi-tenant scale.
Must be able to implement complex API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies.
Must be able to implement complex secure coding practices to prevent security vulnerabilities.
Must be able to drive shared observability baselines, including SLOs and error budgets.
