What you'll do

Act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned partners throughout the entire lifecycle.
Develop and execute Technical Account Plans to align partner business goals with Cloudflare One and AI adoption targets.
Identify and cultivate technical champions within partner organizations to drive independent sales and high-value professional services.
Lead pre-sales activities including technical discovery, proof-of-concept (PoC) support, and architectural design for joint opportunities.
Build and co-develop joint service offerings with partners focused on SASE, SSE, and AI security assessments.
Manage the transition from reactive to proactive account management by monitoring architectural health and performance metrics.
Utilize autonomous AI tools to automate repetitive technical tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Provide feedback on beta software and emerging products through the Partner Technical Advisory Council.

What we're looking for

8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
Strong technical depth in SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
Proven track record of developing technical talent and building champion programs within partner organizations.
Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments while managing complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage the technical lifecycle of a deal from pre-sales discovery through post-sale service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
