Partner Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and integration for strategic partners across CAPI, web SDKs, and APIs.
• Guide partners through correct implementation of tracking infrastructure while resolving misconfigurations before they impact performance.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partner issues regarding API flows and sandbox environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with web SDKs and API integrations using data analysis.
• Query large datasets to identify anomalies, attribution discrepancies, and integration edge cases.
• Build internal tools and scripts to automate validation steps and streamline the troubleshooting process.
• Translate recurring partner friction points into actionable product improvement recommendations for engineering teams.
• Act as the primary link between partners and internal engineering to influence the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-quality code in dynamic environments.
• Strong foundation in web-based integrations including CAPI, server-side tracking, APIs, pixels, or similar ad tech infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or general-purpose language such as Python or JavaScript to build independent tooling.
• Experience querying large data sets with SQL to debug, validate, and surface insights.
• Clear and precise written communication skills for both internal technical discussions and external partner communications.
• Preferred experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or e-commerce advertising with knowledge of attribution and ROAS.
• Preferred experience working with enterprise B2B partners or in solutions, partner, or forward-deployed engineering roles.
