What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures for customers across security, networking, and developer platforms.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to potential and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to long-term expansion.
Manage a quota-carrying role focused on new business acquisition, account growth, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives.
Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and sandbox provisioning.
Align customer business goals with the product roadmap to ensure long-term adoption and retention.

What we're looking for

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
Broad technical expertise in web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate between technical details and C-suite business strategy.
Hands-on experience building or architecting solutions using Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem (preferred).
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures (preferred).
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages to write custom integration scripts and API connectors (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
