What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex application systems using Java and Python.
  • Architect and implement data migration strategies between on-premise infrastructure and public cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
  • Build and optimize high-performance data pipelines and integration solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
  • Implement cloud-native principles to ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and foundational models into the firm's application landscape.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams as a subject matter expert.
  • Ensure all technical solutions comply with architectural blueprints, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, backend systems, data engineering, or cloud-native applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java and Python programming.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale data migrations and pipelines across hybrid cloud environments (on-premise, AWS, GCP).
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with foundational AI models such as Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, and Llama, along with prompt engineering.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, KAFKA, PostgreSQL, Vector DBs, and FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor engineers and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
