What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy complex application systems and data solutions using Java and Python.
Architect and implement robust data migration strategies between on-premise systems and public clouds like AWS and GCP.
Build and optimize high-performance data pipelines and integration solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
Apply cloud-native principles to ensure application scalability, reliability, and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship as a subject matter expert for development teams.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into the firm's application landscape and strategy.
Ensure all technical solutions comply with architectural blueprints, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, backend systems, data engineering, or cloud-native applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Java and Python.
Proven experience designing large-scale data migrations and building robust data pipelines across hybrid cloud environments (on-premise, AWS, GCP).
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services including AWS and GCP.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with foundational AI models (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering concepts (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or university degree (or equivalent experience).
