What you'll do

Act as the technical authority for complex customer engagements and integration architectures.
Lead solutions architecture discussions with customer teams to align business requirements with technical capabilities.
Assess technical feasibility, identify integration risks, and recommend secure, scalable solutions.
Provide technical direction and oversight to implementation teams when they face complex problems.
Develop integrations, adapters, and extensions in Python to create proofs-of-concept or unblock implementations.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for complex deals.
Identify field patterns and gaps to influence the product roadmap and engineering priorities.
Mentor engineers and raise the overall technical bar of the engineering team.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of related experience, an advanced degree with 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL is required.
Experience with C# and Go is preferred.
Deep understanding of API design, cloud architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong grasp of full SDLC, service-oriented architecture, and security best practices.
Proven ability to advise executives and technical teams while translating complex requirements into clear solutions.
Track record of mentoring engineers and contributing in Agile environments.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
