What we're looking for
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
6 to 10+ years of software engineering experience building highly available, scalable distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Rust, C/C++, or similar systems and backend languages.
Deep experience in core infrastructure areas including distributed systems, cloud control planes, virtualization, storage, networking, security, or platform automation.
Ability to independently lead the design and delivery of complex, resilient, and observable services.
Strong understanding of failure handling, concurrency, asynchronous workflows, and lifecycle management in distributed systems.
Proven ability to solve complex production issues through strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
