What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration, unified communications, or workplace technology engineering.
2+ years supporting financial services, capital markets, or trading environments.
Expert-level knowledge of VOIP and trader voice platforms including IPPC technologies, SIP, and VoIP protocols.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Hands-on experience with Cloud9 trader communications platforms and voice recording/compliance systems.
Advanced experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Experience with Azure cloud-native services and familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices.
