What you'll do

Provide field-based project management for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on hyperscale data center projects.
Monitor the execution of power distribution, cooling systems, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure by trade partners.
Track construction schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies related to MEP activities.
Oversee installation quality, field progress, and the resolution of punch-list items.
Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure all systems are tested and turned over according to requirements.
Identify and escalate design conflicts, constructability issues, and potential schedule impacts with clear recommendations.
Review technical documentation including RFIs, submittals, change impacts, and field directives.
Ensure infrastructure meets Oracle’s standards for performance, reliability, and operational readiness.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience in data center, hyperscale, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction project delivery.
Must have direct experience supporting MEP construction on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Required experience with electrical MEP systems including medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
Experience with mechanical systems such as cooling, chilled water, piping, and fire protection is also acceptable.
Prior experience working specifically on hyperscale data center projects is required.
Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
Ability to work approximately 85% on-site in the Abilene/Shackelford, Texas area.
