What you'll do

Architect and develop scalable distributed systems using data plane platforms for high-throughput, hyper-scale workloads.
Design fault-tolerant components featuring redundancy, replication, failover mechanisms, and load-shedding to meet service level objectives.
Establish telemetry, KPIs, and automated alerting systems to proactively monitor system health and performance.
Conduct complex validation testing including fault injection and brownouts to ensure data integrity and system correctness.
Proactively diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues while mentoring peers on incident response and root cause analysis.
Implement robust security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts to manage cloud infrastructure and streamline change management.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience designing and architecting scalable, elastic distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
Ability to design fault-tolerant systems using redundancy, replication, failover, and load-shedding techniques.
Skill in establishing KPIs, telemetry, and building proactive monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Proficiency in implementing robust security controls, encryption, and compliance documentation.
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation for cloud infrastructure management.
Ability to mentor peers and provide technical oversight on complex projects.
