Principal Core Infrastructure Engineer - CDS will join the team to deliver reliable platforms that enable controlled information sharing between networks operating at different security levels. What you'll do

Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for Cross Domain Solutions including data diodes and guard technologies.
Develop technical designs, implementation plans, configuration standards, and operational documentation for secure systems.
Build fault-tolerant components using redundancy, replication, and automatic failover mechanisms to ensure high availability.
Implement security controls, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and patching to meet compliance requirements.
Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, networks, and security controls while participating in incident response and root-cause analysis.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and routine operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
Monitor platform health and performance by building custom dashboards and telemetry systems to proactively identify risks.
Provide technical guidance to other engineers and contribute to the development of engineering standards.

What we're looking for

Must possess a valid security clearance.
Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems infrastructure and cross-domain solutions.
Proficiency in Linux, Red Hat Linux Administration, and virtualization is required.
Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes is required.
Skilled in Ansible automation, Bash scripting, and Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of network hardware, network protocols, and secure file transfer protocols is required.
Ability to implement encryption, manage event logs, and perform document scanning.
Must be proficient in Java and capable of performing system hardening and vulnerability remediation.
